Premium Access Global Fulfillment provides ecommerce fulfillment, white-label shipping, multi-carrier rate access, warehousing, and related logistics services. Our platform connects merchants with top-tier carriers to streamline order fulfillment and shipping operations across 200+ countries.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Ship prohibited, restricted, or illegal goods without proper authorization
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading conduct
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems

5. Fees and Billing

Fees for our services are set forth in your service agreement or as displayed on our platform. All fees are due in accordance with the billing terms specified. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with reasonable prior notice. Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. MRR and Subscription Fulfillment

For merchants utilizing monthly recurring revenue (MRR) or subscription-based fulfillment structures, continuity of service is a core commitment of Premium Access Global Fulfillment. We maintain redundant carrier integrations and failover systems to ensure your subscription fulfillment operations remain uninterrupted.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on our platform are the exclusive property of Premium Access Global Fulfillment LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premium Access Global Fulfillment LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Premium Access Global Fulfillment LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Arapahoe County, Colorado.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
